I need instructions on how to do a compression test on cylinder #2 , I think that I should remove fuel pump relay fuse, remove all spark plugs then crank engine 5 strokes am I right?

Yes. You don't want a bunch of fuel getting squirted in there.
As for the throttle, don't force it open when power is on it. Get your grandson to hold the gas pedal down at the same time, which is basically floor clearing mode. Alternatively, you can unplug the throttle body and hold it open without any fear it will try to close.
