Good morning! I'm trying to find out what the OEM audio system was for a 2004 Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. I've tried to find a vin decoder to see if it could tell me but no luck!

That would not be in the VIN ##.
Somewhere in the vehicle, most likely inside the glovebox is an "RPO" sticker. On that listing will be a code for type of audio system installed from the factory in that specific truck.
Search online for an RPO decoder listing to check your codes against.
