'General' section

Perhaps add a General section for on-topic questions that are not specific to a certain category. For example, I just started a thread under Off-Topic Discussion about online sources of aftermarket parts for our GMs, though the conversation isn't really 'Off-Topic', it just didn't really fit into any of the other official categories.
