added chin spoiler and modded hide-a-plate location

This is a chin spoiler from a Tahoe and then my hide-a-plate had to move from underneath to behind the lower valance.

Yea it is! I saw it just laying in a turn lane as I was driving by whipped a U-turn and picked it up. Some peeps actually thought I lowered my TBSS. :wootwoot:
