What model year did the Tow Haul Feature get added on the Tahoe and Yukon 4L60E?

I'm eventually going to buy a Tahoe or Yukon to replace my Envoy for towing. I like the idea of the Tow/Haul feature. What year did they introduce this feature on the 4L60E?

My '03 Suburban has Tow/Haul on the 4L60E.

Edit: Link below has gives detailed Tahoe towing info for 2002 to 2023 model years. Indicates Tow/Haul offered 2003 - 2006.
