NEED HELP Surging or lunging

Hi everyone ..
Have an 05 TB with a 4.2 v6 seems she wants to lung at times..over the summer I did some work ok n it with a new filter and solenoid s ..New fuel line and evac work Now she seems to want to lungs just over 1000 rpms .....Any thoughts

The TB seems to jump around 1000 rpms such as s
slowing to a stop light going threw a parking lot Yada yada....over the sumer I changed out the solenoids and filter in the transmission ,,,then notice I have a rusty leak in the gas line so. Changed it to a Nylon 3/8 ,, after that noticed an evap large leak and found a loose hose .....fixed it at the moment my launch says I have a oxy sensor with high voltage soooooooo not sure what it can be at the moment

My Trailblazer has 127,000 miles on it bought it new in 05 changed my plugs around 100,000 ,,I see article's about the throttle body ...I never thought about checking it
