I shipped a part to someone in the box on the right. They sent me the photo on the left saying that was how they received it.

If there is a conflict...The Carrier that picked up the Package(s) should have a Photo Record of the event... and the Delivery Agent would also likely have a Photo Record of the event in their system.

The box they received should have the shipping label on it. Ask them for a pic of it. Sure don't look like the same box.
